Terms of Purchase

By purchasing any product or service from ACCS Kings, you agree to these Terms of Purchase. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

1. Scope

These Terms of Purchase apply to all purchases of digital products and services offered by ACCS Kings, including (without limitation) social media accounts/pages, digital files, guides, and any related support services. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Orders & Communication

Our website shows information only; purchases are arranged individually through our official communication channels (such as email or Instagram Direct Message). We may request additional verification to prevent fraud.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices may be shown in USD or another currency depending on the payment provider. Full payment is required before delivery. You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or payment processor fees charged by third parties.

4. Delivery & Completion

Delivery for digital assets (including social media accounts/pages) is completed when the buyer receives credentials and has the ability to successfully access the purchased asset (for example, successful login and/or access confirmation). Once delivery is completed, the order is considered fulfilled.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

After delivery, the buyer is responsible for securing and maintaining the purchased asset, including changing passwords, updating recovery information, enabling 2FA, and complying with the policies of any third-party platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok). ACCS Kings is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, bans, or other actions taken by third-party platforms.

6. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once delivery is completed. We do not offer refunds after successful delivery/transfer. If you experience an issue, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the case.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after confirmed delivery may be treated as a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to provide delivery evidence and communication logs to the payment processor.

7. No Guarantees

Digital assets are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee future performance, reach, earnings, engagement, or continued availability of any third-party platform features. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACCS Kings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
